Thursday, October 12, 2017 - So Far, So Good... Maybe Even Great!

Went for a short but intense bike ride. Felt good to be outside in the fresh rain washed air. Right now, doing short intense bursts of cardio every other day is the max my body can handle, but I know that will change rapidly.

Awesome! I shed a pound in spite of all the fluid I drank. Did cardio this morning on an empty stomach. Drank lots of mineralized water and a packet of Emergen-C Lite w/MSM.

Right now, I have no appetite, but I need to go do my one meal green smoothie and then later some resistance exercise. Right now I do not need weights because my own body provides all the weight for lifting that I need.
